Springer Clans The Asgardian Thor

Thor is a big, confident boy.  I found him out of a small breeder (Rhonda) who raises her pups right.  He lives with his 2 brothers (SCSPoodles) with Cindy and Jim here is Phoenix.  He is a brute in size  but super affectionate with people.  I chose him as a stud for my red breeding program because I have run into issue with many “Reds” being very shy.  Even though I raise my pups to be confident there seems to be a genetic anomaly that I need to weed out.  I am using Thor to do this.  He will be bred to all my girls that have either shown signs of shyness or produced a shy pup.  I am also hoping that he will hold his color …..oh the challenges of breeding reds with a conscience.  I have found that if you inbreed or line-breed you will get really nice reds…however I have also found that the darker red = more shy and insecure…not sure why that is…but it is.  So I have not put “color” as my priority since temperament is so much more important.  I will test for color and keep it in my mind when pairing up breeding, but because I breed for families and service….color is NOT my main priority.
